# Hometress

> Hometress is a home cleaning service. Book a flat-rate standard, deep, or move-in/move-out clean online, done by a background-checked cleaner.

Online booking is open in Philadelphia. In Chicago and Seattle, call or message us — online booking opens soon.

- Prices: flat per visit and before tax; sales tax is added at checkout. The price grows with bedrooms, bathrooms, home size, and add-ons, and you review the total before you confirm payment.
- Supplies: included. Your cleaner brings the supplies and equipment, so there is nothing to buy or leave out.
- Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8AM – 6PM.
- Booked ahead on the website or by our team: Nothing is charged when you book. Your card is saved when you book, and the temporary authorization hold is placed a few days before your visit, or right away if your visit is sooner than that. An authorization hold is not a charge. Your payment is only completed after your cleaning is finished.
- Same-day bookings: The full price is held on your card as soon as you book and charged when the clean is complete. Once a cleaner is assigned, cancelling costs 100% of the price. If we can't provide your service, we release the hold on your card and you aren't charged. Your bank may take a few business days to clear it from your statement.
